1. Question: What is displayed while playing mp3/wma?
Answer:
File name, Album and Artist are displayed when mp3/wma is played.

2. Question: The buttons do not work.
Answer:
Check if the Hold (if any) button is at hold position.

3. Question: How do I transfer music from my computer to my MP3 player?
Answer:
Plug your Mp3 player to your computer using a USB cable. Wait for the computer to detect the device. Music can be transferred to your computer with COPY and PASTE or DRAG and DROP system.

4. Question: My computer is unable to detect my Mp3 player.
Answer:
- For Windows 95/98, please install the driver from the CD
- For Mac user, please install the appropriate driver for your OS.
- Check the cable. Make sure it is fully plugged in. If an extension is needed, please make sure that it is compatible. The provided cable is recommended and to factory standards. The device is not approved for extension usage.

5. Question: Where can I find MP3/ WMA files?
Answer:
You may either download MP3 or WMA files from a music download or subscription service, or you may create ("rip") your own MP3/WMA files from CD.

6. Question: My MP3 player does not recognize the files I have transferred to it.
Answer:
If your MP3 Player does not display or recognize the files you have transferred to it, the files may not be supported by the player. Make sure your music files are in MP3 or WMA format (no license protection).

7. Question: Why is my MP3 player skipping a file?
Answer:
The file may be corrupt. Download or transfer the file to your player again.
The file that is being skipped may be DRM-encrypted. If your license has expired, you will not be able to play this file.

8. Question: How do I transfer and play iTunes files on my MP3 Player?
Answer:
Music purchased from Apple's iTunes music store employs their proprietary Fairplay-encrypted AAC format. Purchased iTunes music cannot be played on any MP3 player other than Apple.

9. Question: I am unable to watch a movie on my MP4 player.
Answer:
- Files that are in WMV, MPG, MPEG I, MPEG II and AVI format must be converted to AMV

(MUST use Video Conversion Software included on CD to convert files to *.AMV before transferring to player)
- The file should be converted to the appropriate size of AMV. Some files can not be converted if it?s not in appropriate size. Please the select the best size for the file, enabling for viewing on the device.

10. Question: What is the battery life on my MP3/MP4 player?
Answer:
Depending on the models: for MP-01GS if using alkaline battery, it can play up to 7hrs. For all MP4 players, up to 3.5hrs if using an earphone with LCD backlight off.

11. Question: Poor Radio Reception
Answer:
Use an earphone with an attached antenna function. Signal may also be disrupted by whether, interference and/or location.

12. How many songs can my Mp3/Mp4 player hold?
Answer:
Depending on the quality of the song files, the higher the quality means the lower amount of songs.
- 512 MB player?s stores up to 16 hours of WMA or 8 hours of MP3 music.
- 1 GB player?s stores up to 32 hours of WMA or 16 hours of MP3 music.
- 2 GB player?s stores up to 64 hours of WMA or 32 hours of MP3 music.

1. How do I use my Digital Photo Frame viewer?
Answer:
The unit plugs and play like a USB card reader. Additional features added are playing pictures and showing video. The unit has no internal memory and needs a flash memory card to save and play the files.

2. My Digital Photo Frame is unable to read my card.
Answer:
This unit only supports Standard SD/MS/MMC flash memory cards. Higher cards such as Pro, Pro-Duo, XD card will not play. Please make sure the flash memory card is standard.

3. Can I save my file in MPEG progressive?
Answer:
No. This unit only supports JPEG non-progressive files. This unit does not read JPEG progressive mode.

4. There is a Question Mark (?) when my card is inserted.
Answer:

1. Check the card if it is SD/MS/MMC standard.
2. File format should be in JPEG non-progressive.
3. Remove the card and re-insert it.

5. How do I transfer files?
Answer:
This unit has no internal memory. Connect the unit to your computer and wait until your computer detects the digital picture frame. Insert the memory into the card slot. Copy the files from your computer folder to the digital picture frame.

6. Can I insert card directly to the digital photo frame from my camera?
Answer:
Yes. The card can be directly used from camera to frame.

7. How do I play the pictures automatically/random?
Answer:

1. Insert the card until thumbnail pictures are shown. Wait about 15-20 minutes, the pictures will be automatically played.
2. Or- Press "AUTOPLAY" from the remote control.

1. Do I have to wait until June 12 to watch DTV Transmission?
Answer:
No, in many areas, digital television is available now. If you watch over-the-air television today, using a DTV receiver will allow you to access most or all of your local stations' digital signals. This includes high definition and multicast programming from your local stations. Visit www.antennaweb.org to determine which antenna type best meets your needs and to learn which stations are already broadcasting in digital. Or check your local program listings and local TV stations to find out more about DTV now available.

2. What do i need to be ready for the end of analog TV broadcasting.
Answer:

Preparing for the DTV transition is easy and requires you to take one of three steps by June 12, 2009:

  1. Purchase a digital-to-analog converter box that plugs into your existing TV set. The boxes, which cost between $40-70, are now available for purchase at electronics retailers nationwide. Households can request up to two $40 coupons towards the purchase of converter boxes that will allow you to continue watching free "over-the-air" television on an analog set. You can apply for coupons at www.DTV2009.gov or call 1-888-DTV-2009.
  2. Purchase a new television set with a built-in digital tuner.
  3. Subscribe to cable, satellite or other pay TV service that carries the local broadcast stations you want.

3. Can I remove some channels that i do not like it from Converter Box ?
Answer:
No. This converter box is designed to convert the Digital Signal become Analog Signal which allows the people who still want to keep their old TV which not completed with DTV Tuner still being used after June 12,2009.
